Scandinavian Brands Online guarantee you 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your products you can return them within 21 days of receiving them and we will refund you the full purchase price, shipping costs deducted. Rest assured that we are committed to fulfil your expectations. Scandinavian Brands Online suppliers offer guarantee on some products. Contact customer service for more information about guarantee on a specific product.
You can choose to register as a customer with us. We will never disclose your personal details to a third party. By signing up as a member (registering as a customer) with us, you accept that we send you newsletters via email and in some cases by postal mail. It is possible to shop without registering as a customer.

If you are a customer from outside the European Union, you pay applicable import taxes and customs fee according to your country’s policy when your order is delivered. Contact you country's customs office for more information.
Scandinavian Brands Online accepts MasterCard, VISA and Eurocard. Payments are 3D Secure certified. No credit card numbers are saved and all customer information is handled confidentially.
If you are a citizen of Sweden / Denmark / Finland, you can choose to pay by instalments through our partner Klarna. Depending on your choice, there will be a additional fee: 3 months - 95 SEK (0% interest) / 6 months - 195 SEK (0% interest) / 12 months - 295 SEK (0% interest) / 24 months - 295 SEK (9,95% interest) / 36 months - 295 SEK (9,95% interest).
To be eligible to purchase products from us on this website and form a contract you must:
- Be at least eighteen years of age
- Register using your real name, phone number, E-mail address and payment details
- Provide a shipping address that is not a PO box
- Use a valid credit/debit card that is acceptable to our bank partner
We cannot accept your order if any of the following occurs:
- We cannot charge your credit card for some reason.
- We are unable to deliver for reasons out of our control or that we do not have the product(s) in stock.
- Shipping time within Sweden – Normally 3-7 business days usually with Posten Företagspaket.
- Shipping time within EU – Normally 7 business days with UPS.
- Shipping time outside EU – Normally 7-10 business days with UPS.
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation by E-mail.
Scandinavian Brands Online is responsible if the shipment is damaged or lost during transportation to the customer. If the shipment is damaged or lost when returning it on your request, you are responsible for loss or damage. We suggest that returning products are being shipped in the original container/box or similar if possible. We also recommend that the shipment is insured. If you, when receiving a shipment, notice that it is visibly damaged, we urge you to inspect your shipment before signing receipt and immediately report to the transportation company. You can always cancel your order before receiving a product. Your cancellation must be written in form of an E-mail covering all order details. Some restrictions may apply, see below. Scandinavian Brands Online comply with the Swedish Konsumentköplagen, and the European Union E-commerce directive which means that you can, in a period of 14 days, return a product if you are not completely satisfied. In addition to this, we offer another 7 days, in total 21 days to return a product. If returning a product it must be in unchanged condition. The purchasing sum, shipping costs deducted, will be refunded within 30 days from the day the product reaches Scandinavian Brands Online. If you use your right to return a product, the shipping costs will be paid by you. If a product is specially made, or in any way changed after your instructions, you will only be able to change your order within 14 days from the day we confirm your order by e-mail.
