Damaged items

If any of the items you purchased was damaged during shipping, we will replace it as soon as possible - for free of course. Please write to us and request a return shipment, if you return items to us in any other way than with the shipping documents that we supply we will not cover your expenses.

The information you share with us about yourself is a very important part of our business, since we can not fulfil your purchase without it. We want you to know that we are certainly not in the business of selling or sharing it to others.

Return an item to us

Returning items to us and getting a refund is very easy. You can return any item to us within 21 days from your purchase, the only exception is furniture that is custom made for you. We only require the item to be unused, and with undamaged originial packaging. Take the following steps:
  1. Contact customer service to let them know that you are returning something. You do not have to specify a reason other then that you have changed your mind.
  2. Pack the item so that it can't be damaged during shipping. This is preferably done with the original packaging material.
  3. Send your package to:
